  • Elena Varga

    Chief Executive Officer

    Fourteen years in European freight forwarding; ran terminal-side operations at ECT Delta in Rotterdam before founding ASL in 2019 to end the era of cargo going dark.

  • Marcus Reinholt

    Chief Operating Officer

    Former operations lead across Hamburg and Antwerp port calls; owns the watch floor, network SLAs, and the exception-resolution clock.

  • Sofia Lindqvist

    Chief Technology Officer

    Built terminal telemetry systems at PSA Singapore before ASL; leads the tracking stack, the exception engine, and the console customers see.

  • Thomas Beckett

    Head of Trade Lanes

    A decade negotiating carrier space and transit terms on Rotterdam–Singapore and Rotterdam–Houston; decides where the network opens its next lane.

  • Ingrid Halvorsen

    Head of Surveillance Systems

    Designed the geofence and dwell-alarm architecture; previously ran monitoring operations for an offshore support fleet in the North Sea.

  • Pieter de Vries

    Customs Lead

    Licensed customs agent with twelve years at the Port of Rotterdam; built the pre-lodgement practice that clearance work at ASL now runs on.
